This is probably the easiest one. Booster Gold and Blue Beetle. These guys are always getting into hilarious hijinks from stealing J’onn’s cookies to trying to get rid of a giant rat in JLI headquarters. The pages of Justice League International immortalized these two as DC’s strongest friendship.
